How to use "have got" in English
You can use "have"+"got"+"to" in English language. This expression is an emphatic form of "have to". Using "have" and "got" is stronger then "have"+"to".
There are no past tense or future tense for "have got to".
If you want to use it in the past then you have to use "had to" without "got".
