Simple Present
المضارع البسيط
Use the simple present to talk about permanent actions like habits or routines. We often use frequency expressions such as:
استخدم المضارع البسيط للتحدث عن أفعال دائمة مثل العادات أو الروتين.
في زمن المضارع البسيط غالبًا نستخدم تعبيرات تكرار مثل:
always, usually, often, rarely, never, every day, once a month, on weekends.
مثال:
The students usually write a test every month.
يكتب الطلاب عادةً اختباراً كل شهر.
Present Progressive
المضارع المستمر
Use the present progressive to talk about temporary actions that are happening now. We often use time expressions such as:
استخدم المضارع المستمر للحديث عن الأفعال المؤقتة التي تحدث الآن.
في زمن المضارع المستمر غالبًا نستخدم تعبيرات وقت مثل:
right now, now, at the moment.
مثال:
The students are writing a test at the moment.
يكتب الطلاب اختبار في الوقت الحالي.
Present Perfect
المضارع التام
Use the present perfect to talk about actions that have happened at an indefinite time in the past or actions that have happened from the past up to now. We often use time expressions such as:
استخدم المضارع التام للتحدث عن أفعال حدثت في وقت غير محدد في الماضي أو أفعال حدثت من الماضي وحتى الآن.
في زمن المضارع التام غالبًا نستخدم تعبيرات وقت مثل:
ever, never, so far, yet.
مثال:
The students haven’t written a test yet.
لم يكتب الطلاب اختباراً بعد.
Simple Past
الماضي التام
Use the simple past to talk about actions that were completed in the past. We often use time expressions such as:
استخدم الماضي البسيط للتحدث عن الأحداث التي تم إنجازها في الماضي.
في زمن الماضي البسيط غالبًا نستخدم تعبيرات وقت مثل:
yesterday, last week, two days ago, a year ago, in the 19th century, in 2010.
مثال:
The students wrote a test last week.
كتب الطلاب اختبار الأسبوع الماضي.
